So you want to get limber, calm and centred for a jam-packed conference? There’ll be lots of sitting around and craning your neck for a better view of the great speakers and craning to find that blogger you really want to meet amidst the crowds at morning tea. Then there’s standing up half the night in high heels (well probably … Read More
If you don’t know your downward dog from your frog, your cat from your cow, then maybe it’s time to explore the animal kingdom of yoga with your kids. *This post includes a book review – not sponsored, but I did receive a complimentary copy There’s an Old MacDonald’s farmyard full of postures, or asanas to try together, and whether … Read More
This post is by way of saying ‘hello’ for a Friday (or whatever day you are reading this), but something more as well. Or a s#it scramble, scream and screech to get the kids (and yourself) out the door to school, daycare etc. Of course I’m talking about a morning ritual that gets you … Read More

I’m not going to bore you with everything I put in my mouth, or how many times I do yoga (or other exercise) or even every recipe I cook. There’s yinyang yum and there’s yinyang bloody boring. In my quest to go from Yogi (that would be me right now, a yoga enthusiast who has practised yoga for the last … Read More
