My yoga retreat is over and I’m all zenned or zenned out, or something like that. This should be my 100th post, but I’m saving it for something special, so I thought I’d just wish you Namaste and simply show you what zen looks, feels, tastes and sounds like. Oh and it smells like woodfire smoke on a cold mountain night.
Yoga might not be your thing – but whether it’s reading a book, going on a bushwalk, cooking up a storm, indulging in a massage or listening to music – whatever it is – find some quality ‘yin’ (read inside you) time and get in touch with who you are again – find your flow.
