If this sounds very inviting, then set aside the next seven minutes and just relax.
If finally got around to editing some hammock swaying/waves lapping video from Fiji into the most relaxing meditation.
Imagine you’re on a tropical island (Fiji will definitely do), with or without cocktail in hand (I’m going for the cocktail) and surrender to your senses.
Getting deeply in touch with our senses provides a portal to your inner self.
That’s it from me – just enjoy.
PS – you can find more meditations on my you-tube channel – like this one, all about coping with and embracing change.
Linking up with Kylie for IBOT.

Oooh I love this. 🙂 Thanks for the awesome spot of zen!!
You’re welcome – nice to have you visit Sarah – I will go and check out your website.
Thoroughly enjoyed your Nothing to do, nowhere to be meditation Kathy. You have such a calming voice. Thank you! 🙂
It is easy to be calm when you feel like you’re back in Fiji – harder in daily life at home! Thanks Min.
Actually I linked up the wrong video – unless you watched the facebook version, but hopefully the other one was good too!
I’m terrible at being still. I spend most of my days alone but my mind’s always busy and I even read in the bath.
I need to switch off more and not only when I go to bed… Cos I can never sleep!
Oh man, that’s the dream, isn’t it?
Argh, that’s so stressful ‘cos I want to do it but I’m not. Haahaha. I am my own worst enemy, as you well know. x
So need this.
Hope it helps – I actually realise I’d linked up the wrong meditation Jodi – so hope you enjoy the Fiji hammock swaying version.
I will have to come back to this when I don’t have kids running around like lunatics behind me! Your hair looks fantastic BTW.
Love this. Like Deb I’m terrible at being still and really need to practice more often.
