If this sounds very inviting, then set aside the next seven minutes and just relax.

If finally got around to editing some hammock swaying/waves lapping video from Fiji into the most relaxing meditation.

Imagine you’re on a tropical island (Fiji will definitely do), with or without cocktail in hand (I’m going for the cocktail) and surrender to your senses.

Getting deeply in touch with our senses provides a portal to your inner self.

    I’m terrible at being still. I spend most of my days alone but my mind’s always busy and I even read in the bath.

    I need to switch off more and not only when I go to bed… Cos I can never sleep!
